Dynamic Brands Corporate Giving Policy
Dynamic Brands supports many charitable and civic organizations throughout not only Virginia and North Carolina, but the entire country. While we love to help out, unfortunately we simply cannot honor every request submitted to us.
If you are a non-profit seeking a donation, please review all of the information below to determine if you qualify for consideration. If you do, proceed to the bottom of the page for the Policies and Procedures for Submitting a Request. Requests MUST be made via email. Donation requests will not be discussed over the phone.
Guidelines and Application Process
All donations must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the event date. However, please keep in mind that there are a limited number of requests that are approved each calendar period, and are done so on a first come, first serve basis, so it is best to submit your request as far in advance as possible.
While we do not limit our giving to only local organizations, preference and priority are given to those within our home states of Virginia and North Carolina.
Dynamic Brands does not support individuals or their projects (including family reunions, birthday parties, weddings and other private social events), private foundations, political activities or advertising.
Approved Requests: A representative from Dynamic Brands will contact your organization to make arrangements for pickup or delivery of the product.
Declined Requests: Unfortunately, due to the high number of requests, we are unable to respond to requests that have not been approved. If you don’t hear back within 2 weeks after submitting the request, that means that we are unable to honor your request.
Policies and Procedure for Submitting a Request
All donation requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com. Written and fax requests are not accepted by Dynamic Brands.
The required information must be submitted completely in order for your request to be considered. Please do not submit more than one request in total; Dynamic Brands is the parent company for a portfolio of brands. Only one request per event/organization will be considered.
Your request for a donation item must be received by Dynamic Brands at least eight (8) weeks prior to the day your organization needs the item.
A final decision will be communicated up to 30 days before the first event date.
Please keep in mind that submitting an email request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.

Types of Corporate Giving Programs
If your 501(c)(3) non-profit organization meets the above guidelines, there are two types of corporate giving programs available;
There is a limited number of products available for 501(c)(3) non-profit donation. This is first come first serve and is dependent on the product availability. Non-profit requests are selected on a caseby-case basis, with each event receiving product(s) for raffle or auction to raise funds.
Discount Purchase Programs
Dynamic Brands offers a nonprofit purchase program for 501(c)(3) organizations. This discounted pricing program applies to golf bags, carts, travel covers and accessories.
